These Terms and Conditions govern your use of LeadLocked ("the Service"), operated by Braden Lindberg at leadlocked.ai. By signing up for or using LeadLocked, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

LeadLocked is a lead management and automated response platform for home service contractors. The Service includes:

• AI-generated automated email replies sent to your leads on your behalf
• Email notifications when leads are received or replied to
• SMS notifications (Pro plan) when leads are received or replied to
• Automated follow-up emails (Pro plan) sent until a lead responds
• A lead management dashboard

2. Subscription Plans and Billing

LeadLocked offers two subscription plans:

Both plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to SMS notifications.

By using LeadLocked, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information during signup
• Use the Service only for legitimate business communication with your own leads
• Ensure your website's contact form complies with applicable laws
• Not use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Keep your login credentials secure

5. AI-Generated Content

LeadLocked uses AI to generate email replies sent on your behalf. While we strive for quality, you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be perfect. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from AI-generated messages sent to your leads.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay your subscription, or use the Service in a manner that could harm our platform or other users. You may cancel your account at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us.

7. Limitation of Liability

LeadLocked is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every lead will be responded to successfully. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadLocked and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
